Cover FX Treasure Hunt: "Eye Spy with my Big Bright Eyes..."

Last week, I was fortunate enough to attend a blogger event hosted by the wonderful Cover FX team in celebration of their new Eye Prep FX!

After tons of research in the industry, the gorgeous brains behind Cover FX realized that upon asking women about their most sensitive skin issues, almost all of them responded with "dark under-eye circles".  Considering that co-founder Lee Graff is a Corrective Makeup Specialist, it only made sense that the company's next move would be to address this issue.  That's when the idea of a Eye Prep FX, an Anti-Aging Smoothing Primer, was born.  Since then, a lot of hard work has gone into creating the perfect eye primer that can double as en eye cream as well!  As co-founder Jenny Frankel explained, this product works to reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines around the eye area, while also leaving a matte, dry surface that will help makeup stay on all day long

I received a free tube of Eye Prep FX in my swag bag on the way out and have been using it for the past couple of days.  So far, I'm very impressed with the staying power it gives my eye makeup, I'll write more on the brightening impacts after I give it a fair trial, so stay tuned for that!

The product doesn't hit shelves until later on this Fall, but in the meantime there's a chance you could get your hands on it too!  Believe it or not, Cover FX is hosting an International Treasure Hunt starting Tuesday, September 7th!!!  I think this is such a fabulous idea.  Check out the details below:

All you have to do is become a Fan of Cover FX on their Facebook page (click here) and check for clues on where the hidden boxes may be (within Canada, US, and UK only).  Be the first to arrive at the location and find the box to claim your prize!

What a brilliant idea - kudos to the Cover FX team for creating such a fun and interesting buzz around their new product!  I'm looking forward to reading the clues and potentially searching for a box (although, I shouldn't participate considering I already have the new product).

Are any of you planning on participating?  If you happen to find a box, be sure to let me know...I want to hear all about it.  Good luck!!
