MAC Face Charts: MBFW Spring|Summer 2011, Sept 9th & 10th

Yes, it's the first day of Fall and I'm already blogging about looks for Spring|Summer 2011.  I was debating waiting until the Spring to share the runway trends of the season, but then I thought, HEY! it never hurts to be fashion(or in this case, beauty)-forward!
 
Below are the runway looks produced by MAC Cosmetics during MBFW (Mercedes Benz Fashion Week) in New York.  Today's post specifically features looks created for:
- Vena Cava (Sept 9th)
- Ruffian (Sept 9th)
- Costello Tagliapietra (Sept 10th)
- Peter Som (Sept 10th)
- Doo.Ri (Sept 10th)

I am most intrigued by the quotes given by the key makeup artists describing the inspiration behind the looks.  A lot of thought, creativity, and imagination goes into these face charts...it takes a very talented artist to align him/herself with the vision of the designer and to create looks that truly represent what the fashion line is about.  See the looks below, read the inspiration, and leave a comment if you'd like to know the name of any products that were used ;)
