Workouts 2011: Week 2 - I wanna be a skinny bitch.

Ummmmm okay so this week was not much better...I only got my a$$ to the gym twice.  But I suppose that's better than nothing, right?  I have Arianne (Glitter Geek) to thank for motivating me to get my butt to the gym on Wednesday night - see our Twitter exchange below.

Week:  Jan 10th to Jan 16th

#3 WED: Cardio - Eliptical 35min, Treadmill 15min

@anjali_handa:  Exhausted people don't belong in the gym.  Right?
@TheGlitterGeek:  Bring a huge jug of water!  You'll feel amazing after :)

I forgot to take a pic after the gym today, but I did go:

#4 SUN: Cardio - Treadmill 40min, Stepper 15min, Abs 20min 

So I've only been to the gym 4x this month.  That's weak.  My goal for the coming week is to get two weight training workouts in with the cardio.  Wish me luck!!!

Just started going to Curves this week. Got a training session in and a full workout! With a newborn this 30 min routine is all I can give, but I am going to give it my all! Doing a Zumba workout this week too :)

LOL Heyyyy what's up! :) Glad to have helped this week. That's what I'm here for.

I'm back at bootcamp 2x a week now. I was supposed to do my own workout once this weekend but got extremely busy. I plan on doing that next weekend.

haha. . I want to be a skinny bitch too!! Except right now I have zero energy to drag my butt to work out. Which I know is a LAME excuse but dude all I want to do is sleeeeep!!

I am seeing my trainer 4 times a week now and now I crave working out! even the early mornings don't bug me anymore!

i would try to do a few sessions with a trainer if you can---they can push you harder than you'd push yourself and it makes you accountable :)

Good luck! Arianne is a great motivator.

I worked out 4 times this past week and my goal for this week is 5. We can do it!

I'm mixing it up this time! 2x Bodystep @ Goodlife. 1x on my own (treadmill, elliptical). 1 x Floor Hockey :)

It's kicking my butt!

I love to run. I prefer to do it on the treadmill, because I let my mind wonder, and I stop paying attention... not a good thing with traffic :) But when I comes to toning and lifting weights, I have a hard time motivating myself...
