Workouts 2011: Week 3 - Oooops!

Ooooops is right.  I let the chaos of life take over my week and found myself only working out once (today) and it was only a 20-minute Pilates work out.  Needless to say, I did not meet last week's goal of adding two weight training sessions to my cardio workouts.  But that's okay.  As my lovely friend Arianne mentioned, that just means I have to work extra hard this week - and that I'll do!

Week:  Jan 17th to 23rd

#5 SUN: Pilates - Windsor Pilates Ab Sculpting, 20min
The coming week is much lighter for me, so I'm going to give this goal-setting thing another shot.  This week I'm aiming for 2 cardio sessions and 2 weight-training sessions.  Wish me luck :)

Annnnd I just need to make a quick shout-out to one of my BFFs, Lindsay.  Her boyfriend proposed last night on the middle of a ski hill in Blue Mountain!  I wasn't there, but she painted the picture - they were alone on the hill, it was snowing, they had a view of Blue Mountain Village...he stopped halfway down the hill, reached into his boot (she thought he was adjusting it), pulled out the ring and asked her to marry him!!!!  The poor girl's knees were shaking all the way down the rest of the hill - beautiful :)

Oh girl!!!! I am here to motivate you - I have trained almost every day this week - and have run at least 30 kms - 17.5 in the last 3 days - let's work towards a half marathon this summer - you are my motivation!!!!!!
